Father Myles P. Murphy was ordained in 1990 by the late Cardinal John J. O’Connor at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral. He studied at and received his Licentiate in Sacred Theology from the International Marian Research Institute in Dayton, Ohio. The Institute is an annex of the Pontifical Faculty of Theology of the Marianum in Rome. He served on the faculty at the former St. Joseph Seminary Institute of Religious Studies where he taught Apologetics and Mariology. He is past President of the Mariological Society of America and is a member of the Speakers Bureau at the Marian Library/International Marian Research Institute, Dayton, Ohio. His served as Pastor of Saint Michael’s on West 34th Street and most recently as Pastor of Saint Agnes Parish on East 43rd Street.
The Reverend Lino S. Gonsalves Parochial Vicar
Father Lino S. Gonsalves was Ordained in 1986 by Archbishop-Patriarch Raul N. Gonsalves of Goa and Daman at Santa Cruz Church, Goa. He was Incardinated to the Archdiocese of New York in 2009. He did his six years Latin Course at the Minor Seminary of Saligao and Philosophy & Theology at Rachol Seminary, Goa. He completed his MA in Western and Indian Philosophy at Goa University, Goa.
In New York, he studied for a Masters in Science in Family Counseling at Iona College. He served as an Administrator of St Joseph & St James, 5 Monroe Street in Chinatown, and most recently as an Administrator of St. Teresa of Avila Church, 141 Henry Street, in New York City.
